  • My office is located at 61-63 Unquowa Rd in downtown Fairfield, CT.

    I offer in-person and online sessions so regardless of whether you live near the office or need to attend during a quick break in your day, I have an option that meets your needs.

  • I use a HIPAA compliant version of Google Meet. If you prefer the convenience of online therapy, you will receive a link in your email prior to each session. For your part, you are required to ensure that you have access to a confidential space.

  • I offer in person sessions Monday through Thursday.

  • My fee for an initial evaluation is $200. For additional sessions, I charge $175

  • I am in network with Aetna and United Heathcare plans (Oxford, United Behavioral) as well as ConnetiCare.

    If I am not in network with your insurance carrier, I am happy to help you find out about your out of network benefits which could significantly reduce costs.

    I work with a payment processing service called Thrizer that can facilitate reimbursement for out of network insurance benefits and upon request I provide Superbills at the end of each month that can be submitted to your provider for reimbursement.

  • While first appointments tend to vary from person to person, I believe it is my job to help you feel comfortable and safe in the session as well as to work with you to develop preliminary therapy goals. In the first session you might choose to elaborate on your reasons for seeking therapy. If it seems fitting, I may begin to offer some coping or relaxation skills as well as validation and supportive listening as I gather more information about your concerns.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of expected therapy fees based on the anticipated duration and frequency of therapy.

  • I need clients to inform me of their need to cancel or reschedule 48 hours ahead of their appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in under 48 hours are subject to a Late Cancel/ Rescheduling Fee.

    *Please be aware that I typically see 4-5 people per day and when someone cancels and the appointment cannot be filled, I risk losing 20-25% of my income for the day.
