How I can help

I specialize in therapy for lasting change.

  • EMDR is a type of trauma therapy that helps you stop feeling triggered by reducing the fight or flight response.   When you are able to feel more relaxed, you can recognize and work through any negative beliefs or self-talk that might be connected to the trauma  and start to make more intentional choices.

    * FYI-EMDR is just as effective online as in person so you can get relief regardless of where you are located.

  • Similar to EMDR, Brainspotting helps turn down the dial on triggers and the fight or flight response. When your past trauma no longer hijacks your day to day experience, you can feel more in charge of your life. If talking about your trauma makes you want to hide or run away, Brainspotting is a powerful, nonverbal option. 

  • Using a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach, I offer Art Therapy techniques that can provide relaxation or release, or a deeper insight. Whether the goal is to feel more at ease or to help you to express challenging emotions, I can provide an Art Therapy instruction to meet your needs. 

  • Not everyone chooses to be sober, but you have decided that it was the best choice. I have worked with people at various stages of recovery from day 1 of detox to several years of sobriety. I can help you recognize your relapse triggers and set yourself up for health and success.
